What other transportation is available?

Answer

Guests can rent a car at their leisure. There is a car rental company right next to sapphire beach.http://www.rockcityrentalsvi.com/ The taxi rates are published by the Government so I would suggest to have it handy and always ask the price before jumping in the taxi. They do drive on the left there and the roads are pretty crazy, but easy to adjust.

What is the attire for the wedding and welcome event?

Answer

Welcome Party - Beach Attire: Wear khaki shorts or linen pants, golf shirt or button down shirt, sundresses and sandals. Ceremony/Reception - Beach Semi-Formal: Cocktail, ankle-length dresses, or jumpsuits for ladies. Jacket, slacks, and a button-down for men. Opt for lightweight materials like cotton or linen. Tie optional.

How will we get to and from the wedding?

Answer

We will have transportation to and from the wedding. The pickup and return location will be at Sapphire beach resort. If you are not staying at the resort you will need to find other transportation to the wedding or to the pick up location.

When can guests arrive at the venue?

Guests are allowed at venue 30-45 minutes before the ceremony start time.

Are kids welcome?

As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. However, our guests are more than welcome to bring their kids on the trip if you can find child care during the wedding. We hope you understand! :)

Villa Rules

Answer

- No outside food or alcoholic beverages allowed on property. - No jumping in pools or ocean. $1000 fine per violation. - No smoking in any rooms at Villa Norbu. Smoking is allowed on the outdoor terraces. - Sparklers are only allowed in the courtyard and must be supervised by Norbu staff & wedding planner. All sparklers must be properly disposed of in a water bucket. - No obscene amplified music. - Bridal suite is limited to 5 guests for hair & makeup preparations. - No paint, glue, staples or nails to be used anywhere on property. - Guests are not allowed on the 2nd level (offices & kitchen).
