Welcome Party

5:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Beach Attire: Wear khaki shorts or linen pants, short-sleeved button downs, golf shirt, sun dresses, and sandals.

This event is on the beach, so please dress accordingly! It will be buffet style. Transportation will not be provided for this event. Guests are responsible for their transportation! Food and beverages are provided at this event and it ends at 7:30. Even though it ends we can still mingle and order drinks at the bar and hang on the beach :)

Wedding Ceremony & Reception

5:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Beach Semi-Formal: Cocktail, ankle-length dresses, or jumpsuits for ladies. Jacket, slacks, and a button-down for men. Opt for lightweight materials like cotton or linen. Tie optional.

Transportation will be provided to and from the wedding. Pick up from Sapphire Beach will be at 4:20pm and arriving at the venue at 4:40. Waters will be provided at arrival. The bus will pick everyone up at the venue around 10pm to take us all back to sapphire beach condos.

Beach Day & Happy Hour!

11:00 am - 5:00 pm

Join Brian and I on the beach for post-wedding fun & relaxation. We have rented 2 cabanas on the beach at the beach bar for all of us to use. This is 100% optional! We will have beach games available like corn hole and bocce ball. You can bring your own alcohol and cooler if you want or pay for food and drinks at the bar!
