Because we've chosen the locations of our events in close proximity to one another, transportation will not be provided. The Welcome Party at Sage is directly across the street from the Westin. The Nuptial Mass at St. Martha Catholic Church is a short, half mile drive from the Westin. The Westin has a complimentary local shuttle that guests can coordinate, and Uber is plentiful in Sarasota.
Yes, for the Welcome Event at Sage the attire is dressy casual. We'd love to see our guests lean in to some dressy summer attire, keeping it a bit more elevated by leaving the jeans and flip flops at home. For the Nuptial Mass and Reception the attire is black tie preferred. Men in tuxedos or dark suits. Women in floor length gowns or formal cocktail dresses of the longer variety.
Of course! There are a number of restaurants both in downtown Sarasota around Main Street, as well as St. Armands Circle. Boca, Selva, Cafe Epicure, El Melvin, Hyde Park Prime Steakhouse, Mattison’s City Grill, Columbia, Shore, to name a few.
For the welcome event at Sage, there is complimentary valet available. For the ceremony at St. Martha, parking is available in the back of the Church, on 2nd Street, and across Fruitville Road. For the reception at the Westin, there is valet available for $15 per car.
While this will be an adult-only event, we don't want this to preclude you from attending. Please reach out to us if you need recommendations for child care.
