Ceremony

The ceremony will be held on the back patio of the venue, weather permitting. You may valet park your car and enter through the front doors, but there will be stairs to descend to the ceremony space. If you need wheelchair/stair-free access please walk around the outside of the venue to make use of ramps. Please bring a coat/wrap to keep warm during the ceremony. There will be a coat check available inside to check your coat once we move indoors after the ceremony. PLEASE SILENCE ALL PHONES/DEVICES FOR THE CEREMONY. While we do not mind you using your devices to take photos during the ceremony please remain in your seat or move to the perimeter of the ceremony space. We kindly ask no one stand/block other guests or the photographers to get a photo. Please DO NOT stand or lean into the aisle to take photos, this not only blocks the view of the groom and other guests but also will be captured in photographs. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
Cocktail Hour

After the ceremony we will climb the stairs to the cocktail space that consists of 2 rooms and a patio. There will be fire pits and space heaters to keep the patio comfortable so you may check your coat whenever you are ready. There will be passed hors d’oeuvres, table spreads, and cocktails available during this time. Please take a moment to enjoy use of the photobooth and sign our guestbook during this time!
Reception
6:30 pm - 11:30 pm

After the cocktail hour ends you will be directed into the ballroom. Please use the seating chart to find your table and take your seat when entering. Your appetizer will be waiting at your seat for you while introductions and other formalities occur. Then get ready to DANCE!! Dinner will be in the annex section of the ballroom and will begin at approximately 7:15pm and remain open for a few hours. There will be no formal “dining” schedule… please help yourself whenever you’re ready to eat (or get seconds!). There will be several stations and dishes spread about the area, be sure to explore the different options we’ve chosen for you! There will be a full menu as well as a detailed reception timeline on your table for you. We cannot wait to celebrate with you!

Not ready to go home after the reception ends? We don’t want you to! The Hyatt Regency is just next door to the venue and has a beautiful lounge in the lobby. Come join us to continue celebrating in a more relaxed environment!
