When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. However, the deadline is 3/31/2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no.' We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they will be specifically addressed on the invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance.

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, we really do! However, we respectfully request no little ones on this night. Our wedding is exclusively for adults, with the exception of immediate family who are part of the wedding party. If you have extenuating circumstances, please reach out to us.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4 pm so please arrive with ample time. There will be a shuttle from the hotel.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

It is a public park, so there is parking. We also will have a shuttle from the hotel before and after the event.

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

Yes. The ceremony will be in a garden, and the reception will be under a large event tent.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes of course! We want everyone to be safe and well fed.

Can I wear Kentucky Derby attire?

Answer

While we will be honoring the Derby in subtle ways, we kindly ask that no one wear any hats or Derby attire.
