Church Attire: Day dresses, sundresses, dressy separates, button-downs, and slacks (blazers optional) are all appropriate. Out of respect for the church, please, no jeans, shorts, or flip flops.
Our ceremony will be a full Catholic mass and take place indoors. There is plenty of space inside to maintain social distancing so everyone is welcome, but we completely understand if you can't make it or prefer to just join us for our short outdoor ceremony and reception at Saddlerock Ranch on Saturday! The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00pm, so we recommend arriving by 1:45pm to park and find a seat. Afterwards, feel free to relax and change before the welcome dinner. Plenty of parking is available at St. Maximilian. If you plan to take an Uber or Lyft, we recommend scheduling a car in advance, as drivers may be limited in the area.

Casual Attire: Feel free to come as you are. Note that dinner will be 100% outdoors. Since it gets chilly after the sun sets we recommend bringing a light jacket.
Join us for cocktails starting at 5:00pm. If you're early feel free to wait at the bar in the restaurant. Dinner will be available buffet style from around 6:00pm to 8:30pm, followed by dessert. Please stop by whenever you can make it, and feel free to bring your little ones!

Summer Formal: Suits and formal cocktail dresses of all lengths are welcome. Though it will certainly feel like summer when we get started, note that our venue is 100% outdoors and it will get chilly at night. We recommend bringing a light jacket or warm shawl. For footwear, please keep in mind that most of our venue is grass.
Our ceremony will be short and sweet and begin promptly at 5:15pm, so please plan to arrive no later than 5:00pm to get checked in (confirmation of vaccination or negative COVID test) and find a seat. Cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing to follow! Note that there is very limited to no cell reception at Saddlerock Ranch. We recommend taking one of our hotel shuttles or driving/parking or rather than relying on Uber/Lyft/taxi. Valet parking will be available. (See FAQ for directions.)

Whether you're staying at the Four Seasons or nearby, we'd love to see you one last time for brunch before we leave town! Brunch will be available buffet style from 10am-12pm in the Four Seasons Wellness Kitchen with seating outdoors at the adjoining CHLI Patio. If you're catching a flight straight from brunch and are not driving we recommend reserving an Uber/Lyft in advance or asking the hotel to call a taxi for you.
