What is the dress code for the wedding?
Answer
Formal Dress Code - For men, a formal suit, dress shirt, and a tie are encouraged. For women, a midi to floor-length dress, a fancy cocktail dress, or a dressy pantsuit. As this will be a heavily photographed and video captured event, please be mindful of attire colours. We ask that everyone please join us in wearing soft summer colours, avoiding overly vibrant/neon tones. Please note that if the weather permits, our ceremony and reception will take place outside so take into consideration factors such as grass, paver stones, and evening conditions.

How do I know if I have a plus one?
Answer
All guests invited to our wedding will be addressed formally by their name or "plus one" on both the save the date and formal invitations.
Question
Is transportation going to be provided to and from the venue?
Answer
Complimentary shuttles will be available for our guests to travel to and from the wedding venue. Shuttles will operate from Hotel Arts (downtown location) and Wingate by Wyndham (south Calgary location), ensuring convenient transportation for our guests both to the wedding and back home. For additional information, please visit the Travel page on our wedding website. In addition to the complimentary shuttle service offered, guests have the option to drive to the venue or utilize cab services and Uber for transportation.

When do I need to RSVP?
Answer
The deadline to RSVP is May 20, 2024. Please ensure that you RSVP via our website as this will be the way we will track who will be in attendence at our wedding as well as each guest's main course selection. For guests with dietary restrictions (gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, vegan, etc.) please let us know when completing the RSVP form so that we can accomodate accordingly.
