Wedding Day Traffic!

With our wedding day being on a Friday at 4:30 PM, we will unfortunately face some notorious Bay Area traffic. So please, plan accordingly when making travel plans on the day of the wedding. We don't want you to miss out on a thing or get stressed out if you're running late and are stuck in traffic. We suggest that you show up to the venue by 4:30PM so that you can enjoy our welcome drinks or if you plan on taking our shuttle from Courtyard Pleasanton to the venue then please show up at 3:45PM to hop on the bus (more info below).

Shuttle from Courtyard Pleasanton to Nella Terra

October 18, 2024 3:45 pm - 4:00 pm

We have a 56 passenger bus and a 31 passenger bus set to pick up guests at the Courtyard Pleasanton and take them to Nella Terra. Loading of the bus will be begin at 3:45 PM and the bus will depart at 4:00 PM. NOTE: Please let us know in your RSVP if you plan on using the shuttle so we can make sure we have enough room for everyone.

We have 10 rooms set aside for $169/night for Wednesday, October 16th - Saturday, October 19th. The cutoff date for these reservations is Wednesday, September 18th, 2024. There's 2 ways to make a reservation: 1. Call (800) 321-2211 & ask for the "Bean Wedding Room Block" at the Courtyard Pleasanton 2. Click the "VIEW" button below & it'll bring you directly to the booking page for our room block NOTE: There's many other hotels & Airbnb options in surrounding cities (Pleasanton, Livermore & Fremont) that you can also look into if wanted.

San José Mineta International Airport

SJC is a popular airport choice to fly in and out of Silicon Valley. We use it the most since we live in San Jose, so we definitely recommend it! SJC to Courtyard Pleasanton is around a 30 minute drive.

Oakland International Airport

OAK Airport is another great option that's close-by for flying in/out. OAK to Courtyard Pleasanton is about a 21 minute drive.
