Question
What should I wear?
Answer
Our event is considered "Black-Tie Optional". Guests are encouraged to wear suits/tuxes and floor-length gowns, though we do not expect you to break the bank just for us. Fancy cocktail dresses, dressy pantsuits, or your best suit jacket and tie are also welcomed attires.

Where should I park?
Answer
There are two paid-parking garages available for use on King Street. Both of these garages are walking distance to the venue, however it is also fairly easy to circle back around if you need to drop someone off directly at the venue first. Each of these garages run the same pricing, with a cost of $1-2/hour and a max cost of $15 for 24 hours. Both have 24hr/automated access so you do not have to worry about timing or having to leave your car overnight. You are also always welcome to find street parking, though with that you must be aware of permit parking areas and potential meter times, so plan accordingly. 1. East King Street Garage - 150 E King Street Lancaster, PA 17602 https://www.lancasterparkingauthority.com/maps/east-king-street-garage/ This garage is just across the street from the venue and will likely always have availability. 2. Penn Square Garage - 28 S. Duke Street Lancaster, PA 17602 https://www.lancasterparkingauthority.com/maps/penn-square-garage/ This garage is closer to the Marriott and has an entrance into the hotel, we would suggest this one if you are staying there. This garage has multiple entrances, one at North Christian and East King Street (this is an entrance from 7:00 AM until 11:29 AM Monday to Friday only) and another at East Mifflin and Duke Streets.

What should I expect at the event?
Answer
The venue is three stories and we will be utilizing all of them at different parts of the evening; but don't fret, there is an elevator for anyone who needs or wishes to use it. We start with the ceremony on the entry level in the Grande Salon beginning promptly at 5:00pm. We then proceed to Cocktail Hour (with Hors d'Oeuvres) in the Catacombs & Courtyard (weather permitting). Please come hungry as a seated dinner follows upstairs in the Empire Room. After everyone has dined and enjoyed some cake, we traverse back to the Grande Salon on the entry level which will have been transformed into our dancefloor for the remainder of the evening (approximately 8-10pm). At 10pm we are set loose on the town! . . . or straight to bed, your preference, no judgement here. At this time we do not have an official after party planned, but you will all be notified if such an event comes to fruition.
