FAQs

Feel free to reach out to Katie or Ty if you have any other questions that aren't listed here!
Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Ceremony and Reception - Garden Party Semi-Formal: We recommend guests wear a suit or blazer with dress pants for men, and cocktail dresses or a jumpsuit/dress pants for women. We selected this venue because the gardens are beautiful, so we encourage drawing inspiration from the surrounding blooms with breezy silhouettes, lightweight fabrics, comfortable shoes, pastel colors, and floral prints.

Question

Is your wedding outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be outside. We are hoping for nice, sunny weather but will be able to predict as we get closer! Events will all take place under the outdoor reception tent in the event of rain.

Question

Is there parking at the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! Glen Ellen staff will direct you to convenient parking upon arrival. We will also have a shuttle available to/from the hotel to the wedding venue, for those who do not wish to drive.

Question

Can I leave my car overnight?

Answer

Absolutely! We want you to have a fun and safe night at our wedding. If you need to leave your car overnight in the parking lot please do. Vehicles must be picked up by 9am the next day.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to space at our venue, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited on the invitation. If you received a plus one it will be noted when you RSVP.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding adults only with the exception of siblings of the groom. We encourage you to use this as a date night to get out and have some fun!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to our 3pm ceremony to allow time to park and find your seat.

Question

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

Answer

We will be serving hors d'oevres at cocktail hour followed by a buffet-style dinner. We have chosen a variety of dishes to provide everyone with food they will enjoy. If you have any dietary restrictions please note that when you RSVP.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please make sure to RSVP "yes" or "no" by Sunday, April 20, 2025 via our website. This allows us to give our vendors a correct count prior to the wedding. We can't wait to celebrate with you!
