Matron of Honor
You get a built in best friend when you have a sister. They spent their childhood playing school in their playhouse and riding bikes down their country road. Now days, they get the family together for movie nights. Sally and Tina have been there for each other through thick and thin, encouraging each other to be their best and comforting one another when things get tough. They look out for one another and will always have the other's back. Fun Fact: They each have a tattoo in the other's handwriting. As well as sibling tattoos based on nicknames their mother gave them as children.

Daniel and Joey have known each other since age 12, when they lived in the same neighborhood and attended the same school. Some of Daniel’s favorite memories come from evening walks around the neighborhood with Joey and their friends. Don’t be fooled, they were hooligans, playing Ding Dong Ditch on the neighbors. Throughout the years, they’ve been there for one another, encouraging each other to live their best life through the bad and the good. Joey now lives in Virginia but they keep in touch, talking football (soccer) every weekend. Daniel is a Liverpool fan while Joey favors Chelsea so they have plenty to (trash) talk about.

Emily and Sally have known each other since 6th grade! Sally spent many a sleep over at the Vanhoy's making life long memories from playing video games late into the night to watching Lord of the Rings for the 100th time. Today, Emily and Sally bond over talking plants, movies they've seen at the local art house theater - Aperture, and their dogs (their dogs are best friends as well!), to name a few. Sally relies on Emily for level headed advice and great wine/cider suggestions.
Groomsman
Ian was the best roommate ever! While they no longer live together, Daniel and Ian bond over playing board games and cooking food together. Together, they smoked a pork shoulder, babying the meat all day to impressive results! Whether it is in the kitchen or around the house, Ian is always kind and willing to lend a hand. Ian helped Sally and Daniel build their raised garden beds…Ok “helped” doesn’t give Ian enough credit. Ian built the raised garden beds. Daniel and Sally’s dog, Rikku, is an Ian fan as well. Ian often house sits and watches Rikku when Daniel and Sally are out of town.

Katie and Sally have known each other since 6th grade! This isn't just coincidence, Katie is Emily's twin. Sally was lucky enough to get two friends at once when she met the Vanhoys. Katie, Emily, and Sally try to take a girls' trip once a year. Together, they've explored NYC 3 times (Katie is a big fan of broadway and always knows the most interesting shows to see) and hiked around two National Parks, Acadia and Joshua Tree (they're fans of the great outdoors). Sally's great memories with Katie have made her the person she is today.

Daniel and Aaron met through mutual friends and hit it off thanks to their outgoing personalities. They share a similar taste in music and like to crank the volume so loud, it is surprising they never got any noise complaints when they lived together. Their similarities don't end in just liking the same music but they also like the same old school anime shows. While both outgoing, Aaron goes out more often than Daniel and when Daniel does venture into town with Aaron they're always sure to have a good time. Aaron seems to know everyone downtown Winston-Salem.

Sally met Jen through Daniel. They had an immediate connection and became fast friends. Jen has been there for Sally through the bad and the good, always with a kind word to say. Always one to be candid, it is easy to talk to Jen about pretty much anything. There was a time when they texted pretty much everyday. Probably one of the most caring people you'll meet and with her great sense of humor, Jen will keep you smiling.

Cody has always been there to share his space with others when they need a friend. They’ve known each other since 6th grade and Daniel would sleep over at Cody’s frequently, filling the nights with anime, video games, and chatting with friends on AIM. One of Daniel’s favorite memories with Cody is their senior year trip to the mountains. They went canoeing and within the first 2 minutes Cody had lost his paddle! The two share many great memories from seeing Linkin Park together to when Cody introduced Daniel to Sally. Thanks Cody!
