Question

Is the marriage celebration still happening?

Answer

Yes the celebration is still scheduled for 11/21/20. We have had to limit our guest list to comply with current restrictions in order to keep all of you, our loved ones, as safe as possible. We have reached out to everyone on our original guest list to let you know whether or not you made the final, limited guest list. These were not easy decisions to make or conversations to have and we truly appreciate your understanding and support. If you have not heard from Daniel or Sally and are unsure if you are included in the final, limited guest list, please reach out to us ASAP. Please stay informed and safe. We love each of you and we’ll make it through this together. https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html

Question

What are the current NC restrictions for wedding ceremonies and receptions?

Answer

There have never been restrictions on a wedding ceremony guest count, although ceremonies do still require social distancing and mask rules. For wedding receptions, events can be hosted for 100 guests and guests are encouraged to follow the Three Ws (Wear a face covering, Wash hands and Wait 6 feet apart). We appreciate your understanding and assistance in enforcing these restrictions so that we may legally and safely celebrate.

Question

How are the current restrictions being enforced?

Answer

We will be providing all guests with a mask and personal hand sanitizer. Guests are strongly encouraged to wear their mask during the ceremony and when moving throughout the venue. You do not have to wear your mask while sitting at your table during cocktail hour/dinner, while having your photo taken, or while dancing. Please remember to be considerate of others and maintain 6 feet of social distance.

Question

I think many people are overreacting to COVID-19 / I don't like wearing a mask.

Answer

We love you and respect your opinion but we will politely remind you that this is not your wedding. Please respect our decisions, the decisions of the Bride and Groom. At this time, we do not need your opinion but we need your love, understanding, and support.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

At this time, unless you've discussed with Sally and Daniel, we prefer it to be just you. Since we've had to limit our guest list, we would like only our family and closest friends in attendance.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please see the Schedule page for attire recommendations.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

10/15/20 but the sooner the better! Since the guest list has been limited, please RSVP only if you were contacted by Daniel and Sally and informed that you are included in the final guest count.

Question

How do I RSVP? What if I already RSVP'd for the 04/25/20 date?

Answer

Daniel and Sally have reached out to all guests included in the final count. Please RSVP by 10/15. You may RSVP online or by contacting Daniel or Sally. We are not taking into consideration any RSVPs that were received for the 04/25/20 date.

Question

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the marriage celebration, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
