Flight
DEN (Denver International Airport) is roughly 3 hours from Vail, depending on traffic. If you fly into DIA, you will either need to rent a car or take the Rocky Mountain Express Shuttle to get to the village. Luckily in April, incremental weather is not a concern for driving through the mountains.

EGE (Eagle County Regional Airport) is only 30 minutes away from Vail Village. It can be more expensive than flying into Denver but saves you the need to rent a car. You can take an Uber or the Epic Mountain Express Shuttle.

Rental Car
If you fly into DIA, you can rent a car to get to Vail. Note: you will not need a car in Vail for any of the wedding events. The entire town is walkable and there is a free shuttle that traverses from East Vail to West Vail, including Lionshead Village. Parking at hotels can be expensive but we understand that some guests will prefer this more private mode of transportation.
