Trolley will be running to and from the venue for the duration of the event for those who forgot their dancing shoes! The trolley will pick up and drop off guests staying at the Hilton Garden and guests who are not staying at Risinger Parking Lot. Guests who are not staying at the hotel please park at 501 Indian Springs Road Indiana, PA 15701. The trolley will pick up and drop off in both of these locations. There is limited to no parking at the venue itself. If you are needing handicap assistance, please contact Kara for parking information at the venue.
Hotel
A block of rooms have been reserved at the Hilton Garden. Hotel block is going quick as many people are choosing this option. Click on the link, type in the code NEW23 under group code to reserve under The Novotny-Errett wedding block. As rooms fill up at the Hilton Garden or if you have difficulties using the link, you may have to call the hotel for more information for bookings. Mention the Novotny-Errett wedding when calling the hotel for bookings. Please not extension zero takes you to the front desk, whereas the "reservation" extension is not as easy. You are welcome to stay at other hotels if you wish. Other local hotels include Hampton Inn ( 1275 Indian Springs Rd, Indiana PA 15701 ) and The Ramada ( 1395 Wayne Ave. Indiana PA 15701)...please note that there is not a block reserved in these hotel options.
