IS THERE A HOTEL BLOCK?

Embassy Suites by Hilton Greensboro Airport 204 Centreport Drive, Greensboro, NC 27409 (800) 362-2779 This is the Hotel closest to the Greensboro Airport. Reservations can be made by calling 1-800-EMBASSY and giving the group code 902. Also, we have Hotel RECOMMENDATIONS in Downtown Winston Salem close to where Veronica and Tommy are staying. WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?
Answer
We love how excited you are! The RSVP deadline is January 25th and will be collected here on our website!

IS THERE A DRESS CODE FOR THE WEDDING?
Answer
Yes, the dress code is Formal Attire. This means that you can wear a formal suit, floor length gown, jacket and tie (optional), or cocktail dress. We want you to look and feel your best! No jeans please.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE CEREMONY?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30. Please plan to arrive around 3:00-3:15 to ensure that you have plenty of time to find a seat, take in the beautiful view, and settle in.

CAN I BRING A DATE?
Answer
We'd love to include everyone, but due to limited space, only guests that have received a plus one can bring a guest. If you have received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

We love your little ones, but this is an adults-only event! Enjoy a night off and come ready to party!

WILL THERE BE TRANSPORTATION?

Because of the location, Uber and Lyft will not be available. Please plan accordingly to have a safe ride home!

WILL THERE BE A BAR?

Yes! Beer, wine, liquor, and non-alcohol drinks are on us! There will be pictures, so please drink responsibly :)

WILL THE WEDDING TAKE PLACE IN DOORS OR OUTDOORS?
Answer
As long as the March weather cooperates, this will be an indoor/outdoor event. Please remember to bring a light jacket. For extreme weather, accommodations will be made so that our guests are comfortable.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES?
Answer
We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is to be fully present as we say "I do." We have hired professionals to capture this moment and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. During cocktail hour and reception, we encourage our guests to use the beautiful backdrop to take as many photos as they would like!

Bella Collina is a one stop shop! The Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception will be enjoyed there.

Yes! Please make checks payable to either Tommy or Veronica, not Tommy AND Veronica. Apparently the couple will need to both be present to cash if the check includes and.
