As much as we love your little ones, we will not be inviting them to the ceremony or reception. Please consider our wedding as a fun day off and a chance to let your hair down.
Unless specified, the invitations are for named guests only. Whilst we would love to invite any and all to the day, weddings are expensive and we have had to make incredibly considered choices around our guest list that we hope everyone will appreciate.
When formal invitations go out, we will ask for the appropriate information regarding the menu. We ask that you let us know in good time so we can cater towards anything you throw our way. If we haven't been made aware of any dietary requirements or allergies prior to the day, that's on you.
The ceremony and reception are both indoors. The hope is that the weather holds out for a drinks reception outside, but we have planned for all possibilities. (We do not have a plan for snow.)
We just ask that guests do not take any pictures during the ceremony. We have paid A LOT for a very nice photographer and he will get nicer pictures than your iPhone and HUJI filters. We also ask that you don't post anything to social media before we do. But it's 2026 and we would hope that you know that by now? Ultimately feel free to document the day post-ceremony and make sure we look thin.
Yes! Our wedding will be live streamed into all Vue and Cineworld screens nationwide (excl. Northern Ireland). We could not come to a copyright agreement with Odeon cinemas so will unfortunately not be screening with them. We expect a later broadcast on Channel 5 in the spring once we have secured a Jane McDonald sponsorship.
