Love Field Airport in Dallas is the regional hub for Southwest Airlines. Love Field is about an hour and forty minutes from the venue. 

Hotel arrangements can be made through Amy or the hotels directly. There are a few hotel choices in Mineral Wells and several others in the surrounding areas.
