An Uber to downtown will be about $8 with tip. There you can get an Uber scooter or hoof it and see the Art Deco architecture and good eats. Some recommendations are The Max (80's bar with arcade), Rosa (Mexican with a great brunch). In the Raw Sushi Downtown (great view, drinks and eats). Eagle Bar (queer dive bar), Fur Shop (queer bar with a great name). Most of this is in the Blue Dome district so the address listed here is actually to the Blue Dome building which will put you where you want to be for these things.
A guided museum tour remembering and honoring the horrific events of the Tulsa Race Massacre of 1921. Takes about 90-120 mins.
A stretch of cute shops and good eats. On Peoria Ave. Great breakfast at Blue Moon Cafe. Shoot pool at Sharky's. Bricktown Brewery great sports bar with fried cheese curds and other great food. I also enjoy Doc's (Cajun-ish) and In the Raw Brookside (sushi).
The GEM of Tulsa. Also where the ceremony will be but you could explore this place for days as well as walk, rent bikes or scooter along the riverside for many miles.
