Is there a dress code?
Answer
Black tie is preferred for the ceremony and reception. We encourage you to glam it up and have fun with it! The welcome drinks and Sunday farewell are casual. The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will be indoors. Weather permitting, the venue may be able to open a retractable roof for the ceremony and reception, so bring a layer!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We love your kiddos, and we'd be happy to see them at the Friday night welcome or at the Sunday morning farewell. As for the wedding itself, please leave them with the sitter. It's time to cut loose, grown-up style! If you need help finding childcare for the weekend in the NYC area, please let us know.

Is there transportation between the hotels and the wedding venue, welcome drinks and Sunday farewell?

The William Vale and the Hoxton are both located just steps (2-3 minutes) from 74 Wythe, our wedding venue. The welcome drinks and Sunday farewell are also just steps away, so no transportation is necessary! See the "Schedule" and "Travel & Accommodations" pages for directions to our venues.

Our wedding venue, reserved hotels, welcome drinks and Sunday farewell are all within walking distance of each other. Williamsburg, our wedding neighborhood, is easily walkable, and best experienced on foot! See the "Travel & Accommodations" link at the top of this page for alternatives and for more info.

We have 2 hotel options available to you within walking distance of our wedding venue, the welcome drinks and the Sunday farewell. See the "Travel & Accommodations" and "Schedule" pages for details. Additionally, there are many other hotels and Airbnbs in the area. Many hotels in downtown Manhattan and downtown Brooklyn and vicinity are within 20-30 minutes of our wedding neighborhood. Either way, please reserve your accommodations early!
