Take a ride down the St. Charles streetcar line for only $1.25. You can either take it down to Tulane University and Audubon Park, or you can take it into downtown. Make sure you have exact change!

Dooky Chase is a New Orleans classic since 1941, known for its authentic Creole dishes. This restaurant in the Treme neighborhood was a meeting place for music and culture in New Orleans. Leah Chase was known as the Queen of Creole Cuisine!
If you want a ~fancy~ dinner while in town, this is a New Orleans classic since 1893. There is a dress code so just check that out before you go. We celebrated our engagement here with family, and Kaitlyn's family has done many 25 cent martini lunches there.
