Brian

Best Man

Brian and Greg first met in the 7th grade and instantly connected as two of the "normal" kids elevated into the honors-level classes. Their friendship grew over lunchtime pickup basketball games (Brian's specialty, not Greg's) and using Brian's brother Tommy as a ragdoll to practice their WWF moves while watching Sunday night pay-per-view events. While going to separate colleges, Brian and Greg stayed close and even spent 4 magical years living together in a spacious closet in New York City where most weekend nights would start on their glorious patio and end at the Joshua Tree bar followed by a delicious Carl's cheesesteak sandwich. Whether it's taking almost-annual trips to Disney World or checking off another baseball stadium, Brian and Greg continue to remain close to this day.

Chris

Groomsman

Chris has known Greg his entire life, being the middle Camerlengo brother and all. Over the years, Chris has become one of Greg's strongest confidants, someone who is always there for advice or a detailed update on current events and what's going on in this crazy world (unbiased of course). For someone who could not care less about sports, it baffles Greg's mind how Chris can take his golf clubs out of the closet covered in cobwebs and go out and shoot in the 80's (Greg swears it's not jealousy!). Greg is jealous, however, of Chris' stunning head of hair. While they were not close when they were younger, Greg truly appreciates the relationship that they have developed as they have gotten older, particularly over their shared love for country music and pickup trucks, and is grateful for the continued love and support that Chris consistently provides.

Doug

Groomsman

Much like Chris, Doug has known Greg his entire life, being the baby Camerlengo and all. Doug and Greg have bonded through the years over their shared love of Harry Potter, even if in the beginning, Doug refused to answer Greg's questions about the movies until he too read the books. Even though Doug was a giant pain in the butt in his younger years, knowing exactly what buttons to push to set Greg off, their relationship today could not be stronger, even if their taste in music could not be more different (is it really considered music if the lyrics are screamed instead of sung?). Greg always appreciates Doug's efforts in staying connected from 3,000 miles away and getting together as often as possible when Greg (and Vanessa!) comes to visit, and is excited to share in Doug's upcoming nuptials in the Fall!

Harrison

Groomsman

Harrison and Greg have only known each other for as long as Greg has known Vanessa (being her brother and all), but they developed an instant connection over their love of strong whiskey and good conversation. Even though there's a 9-year age gap between them (Greg being the elder), Harrison is wise beyond his years. Harrison's love for his family, and his sister in particular, is always apparent. Greg truly admires Harrison's good heart, particularly with how he volunteers his free time at a horse ranch that focuses on supporting children with learning differences. While they have not been able to spend as much time together recently, Greg is looking forward to continuing to grow their relationship in the future (especially when Harrison finally takes Greg to get him his long-promised cowboy boots!).

Brittany

Bridesmaid

Brittany and Vanessa met in Elementary School through their moms who met through volunteering at school. While there is debate on where they met (Brittany will say it was strawberry picking while Vanessa will say it was over a McDonald's meal) they have been friends for nearly two decades and counting. Brittany is like a sister to Vanessa. From being dropped off every morning during Elementary School at Vanessa's house and walking to school together to having a long distance friendship when Vanessa moved to Los Angeles in High School their friendship knows no distance or expense (through the many long distance phone calls over the years!) No matter how much time has passed Vanessa and Brittany easily catch up over a 2+ hour phone call (they learned from the best, their moms!) Brittany has been there for Vanessa through the highs and the lows, the good and the bad and Vanessa couldn't imagine saying "I do!" without Brittany standing next to her!

Katie

Bridesmaid

Vanessa met Katie during High School shortly after Vanessa just moved from Canada to Los Angeles. The two met during lunch where they continued to eat lunch together every day throughout the rest of High School. While they were briefly apart during College as Vanessa went to Arizona for school and Katie stayed in Los Angeles the two always made sure to see each other during school breaks where they caught up as if no time had passed. Now that the two are both living in Los Angeles they still make sure to see each other whether it's for a Sushi night or for a walk and a coffee! Vanessa is so grateful for Katie's friendship through High School (especially when she was the "new" girl in High School), College and now through their adult lives. Katie has been there for Vanessa through the highs and the lows, the good and the bad and she couldn't imagine not having Katie stand next to her on her special day!
