St. Mary's Glacier is one of our favorite hikes in Colorado to date. It's about 30-40 min outside of Keystone, in Idaho Springs. It's a nice, moderate hike that opens up to a beautiful lake. We've never hiked the glacier, but you can definitely do it! It's more than worth the hike out to see this place! Click the button below for directions and more information!
This hike is only about 10-15 min away from Keystone! Super dog friendly! This hike is a little longer, but again...is totally worth it! It starts with a steep hill, but levels out and is fairly easy the rest of the way. Once we got to the first lake, we realized why this hike is so popular. It was COVERED in lily pads! There is a second larger lake if you take pups that would like to swim! Click the button below for directions and more information!
Frisco is such a short drive for some awesome beer! This place has an awesome vibe, great snacks, and even better brews. It also helps that some of our favorite people work here! (see BM and MOH)
If you love a good IPA, this place is for you! Outer Range is doing some awesome things with beer, and their taproom is a great place to spend a lazy afternoon with some good people!
You say you want to go somewhere and play lawn games while you drink delicious cocktails made with local spirits? The Breck Distillery is where you need to go! This place is definitely a must-visit! We recommend the Cuckoo Coconut & the Farmer's Market Bourbon Smash.
This place is one of our go-to's. The bartenders are super friendly, and the beer is always good! Their stout is a perfect start to a vacation in the mountains during fall!
This place is awesome! One of our favorite spots for brunch in the mountains! It's a cash only place, so come prepared.
Brunch, Brunch, Brunch. What can I say? We're breakfast people. This place is a definite first choice for breakfast in the area!
