Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking at both the ceremony and reception location but we recommend taking the shuttles as Promontory is around 25 minutes from town.

Are there shuttles to the Wedding?

Answer

Yes! Buses will come to the Silver Baron Lodge at Deer Valley and Marriott Summit Watch. Both will leave at 4:15 pm prior to the ceremony and return following the reception which ends at 11 pm. We will also have a few shuttles to return home if you would like to stay for the after-party. Ubers are available and easy to call from town but are unreliable once in Promontory where the wedding takes place. Driving is also an option with plenty of parking available.

What should I wear?

Answer

Formal attire, please! Our wedding has a black-tie dress code. The ceremony will take place outdoors and you will have to walk on the grass. We are providing heel protectors but I recommend block heels or wedges.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, but we want our wedding to be your night off! We ask that only family children attend.

When should I book my flight?

Answer

We recommend guests book their flights as soon as possible for the best airfare rate! All guests will fly into Salt Lake City International Airport. SLC Airport is about 30 minutes from Park City, Utah. You will need transportation to Park City by car, rideshare/ taxi service or private shuttle.

Do I need a rental car?

Answer

Only if you would like! There are many options for getting around Park City and we will have shuttles to and from the wedding. Park City has wonderful and clean public bus routes that can take you all over the city- free of charge. A rental car will be helpful in getting to and from the airport and can be nice if you plan to explore the areas around Park City.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, the cocktail hour will be on a covered patio, and the reception will be mostly indoors.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you. The Save-the-Dates do NOT reflect "and Guest". Look for that on your formal invitation.

Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer
