Bus from Hotels to Reception Site

October 2, 2021 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm

This will be the bus that takes everyone from the hotel to the reception site at Hagley Soda House- Barn and Garden. The first bus will leave from the Westin at 4:40 and come back for a 2nd trip around 5:15/5:20. There will be no other trips after this. No cars are to be left on the property of the Museum after the wedding has ended. So we recommend a ride share service (Uber, Lyft, etc.) or driving to the hotel to park your car and get on the bus. There will be buses to take everyone back to the hotel and parking lot starting around 10:00 pm. At this time, the bus company is requiring masks while riding the buses.

Bus from Reception Site back to the Hotel

October 2, 2021 10:00 pm - 11:30 pm

This will be the bus that takes everyone back to the hotel and parking lot as the reception comes to an end. It will start to pick people up at Hagley around 10:00 pm and make 3 total trips: 10:00, 10:30, and 11:00.
