While we love all the kids in our lives, we have chosen to make our wedding an adults-only celebration!
We’ve reserved a block of rooms at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Campbell - Pruneyard Plaza. You can book at a special rate using the link found in the "Travel" tab. The block is available until May 8, 2025, however, we suggest booking ASAP to ensure availability as the wedding will be during peak wedding/graduation season. Otherwise, there are many hotels to check out nearby such as Toll House Hotel, Hotel Los Gatos, and Best Western Inn of Los Gatos. For larger groups, there are a number of great Airbnb/VRBO properties to choose from.
A complementary shuttle will be available to transport guests to and from the venue. Pick up and drop off will be at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Campbell - Pruneyard Plaza. This shuttle is for all, not just those staying at the hotel. Plenty of free parking is available across the street at the Pruneyard Shopping Center.
Free parking is available on site. However, due to winding roads we encourage guests to carpool or utilize the complementary shuttle. Ride shares may be difficult to arrange for departure, so please plan accordingly.
We'd love to see our guests in cocktail/semi-formal attire – think chic dresses or jumpsuits, and smart suits or blazers with dress slacks. Please no jeans or flip-flops! The venue has a lovely woodsy atmosphere with beautiful lawns! Both the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors, so please choose shoes that will be comfortable for both the lawn and the dance floor! Dancing will occur inside the barn, however, Los Gatos can get chilly in the evenings so you might want to bring a jacket.
Please plan to arrive no later than 3:30pm to allow for enough time to make the walk to the redwood chapel. A golf cart will be available for those who need physical assistance to get around the venue.
During the ceremony, we kindly request that you put your phones and cameras away and simply enjoy the moment with us. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like and share them on social media.
A buffet dinner will be served with a variety of vegan/vegetarian, gluten free, and dairy free options. If you have a specific dietary concern, please feel free to reach out us and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Yes! We'll be offering an open bar for our guests to enjoy. Shuttles will also be available for those who plan to let loose! :) Nestldown allows for cars to be left overnight at no charge to encourage safe driving practices. In this case, please communicate with the Nestldown staff upon departure.
Your presence is the greatest gift, but if you'd like to contribute, we've included a link to our honeymoon fund and a few items on our wish list which can be found under the "Registry" tab.
