When should I RSVP by?

April 2023. We will assume you can't make it if not RSVP'ed by then. If you must give us a delayed response, please reach out ASAP. Thank you!

Can I bring a date?

No plus ones, sorry! If their name was not on the invitation envelope, they are not invited.

Is there a dress code?

Are kids welcome?

If you know us, you know we love your kids BUT this event will be adults only.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Refer to the “Travel” tab for more info. We have blocked rooms at the Hampton Hood River but recommend any other hotels/AirBnb near by.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Dinner will be buffet style with plenty of options— should you have any specific requests, please alert the servers prior to filling your plate.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will only be 30 car spots for parking on location. We highly recommend you taxi from your hotel, hop on the shuttle (being picked up at the Hampton Hood River), or carpool with others.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes. There will be one shuttle offered at the Hampton Hood River to the ceremony location, Gorge Crest Vineyards (up to 50 guests — first come, first served). The shuttle will pick up at 3:15pm (to ceremony) & drop off at 10pm (back to the Hampton). Duration of ride: ~15min

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

There will be an optional after party at Whiskey Tango in Hood River starting at 10pm. Please plan accordingly with transportation before & after the event.
