What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Welcome drinks begin at 6:00 pm for the 6:30 ceremony. The venue will not open before 6pm, so please arrive around that time, thank you!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We politely request formal attire, black-tie optional.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

To give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children under 10.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place inside or outside?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outside. We expect it to be a little chilly, so please dress accordingly. The cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors.

Will there be a block of rooms? Are shuttles provided to our venue?

Answer

There will be a block of rooms at Homewood Suites Poughkeepsie. Shuttle buses will be provided to and from the venue.
