It all started with an instagram message, and the rest was history! Jacob and Taylor met when they were 13 and 14, and have been in love ever since. Taylor and Jacob quickly realized they had so much in common, such as their love for dogs, fishing, traveling, and cooking. In 2020, they got their first home and quickly filled it with dogs. Taylor felt that Chance needed a friend, so they got Cam; and than two years later she felt that Cam needed a friend so they got Zoey! Jacob, like Taylor, could never say no to a cute puppy picture, so 9 years together and three dogs later they are now planning their wedding!

Jacob and Taylor got engaged in Walt Disney World in front of the castle in 2019. Disney is one of Taylor's favorite places to travel to. Jacob had saved up all his graduation money to purchase Taylor's engagement ring. He had put the ring inside of a sock in his suitcase and was very nervous that it would not make it through Disney security but thankfully it made it through. He got down on his knee in front of the castle and popped the question (and of course Taylor said "YES!!").
