Our wedding ceremony and reception will be adults only. We appreciate your understanding! Think of it as a night away from the kids!
If you are staying at the wedding hotel (Hyatt House Shelton), buses will be at the at the front entrance at 4:00 and will leave at 4:15 pm. Both buses will be leaving at the same time to the venue. Buses will bring guests back to the Hyatt House and will leave the venue at two separate times - 10:45 PM and 11:00 PM. If you are not staying at the wedding hotel, you are welcome to take a rideshare (Uber/Lyft) or drive your car to the venue. Masks are required on the buses. We will have a box of masks on each bus for you to use.
Nope! Masks are NOT required at the wedding venue, Great River Golf Club, inside or outside. If you are taking the bus transportation from the wedding hotel (Hyatt House Shelton) to the venue, the buses do require masks. Masks will be available on the buses to use.

We have a block of rooms reserved at a discounted price for the Mearman-Gruber wedding for both Friday, April 22, 2022 and Saturday, April 23, 2022 at the Hyatt House Shelton. The deadline has passed to reserve a room at the discounted price. You can still book at the wedding hotel under their normal pricing.
Yes, but we prefer you take an Uber/Lyft or shuttle service from the wedding hotel. We'd rather you let loose and not worry about driving home.

Cocktail attire is perfect! Cocktail dresses and suits are perfect. Ladies - flip flops will be available in the women's restroom so you can dance all night!
Of course! Please include any food allergies and dietary requests when you RSVP online. There will be a section where you can write that in.
Yes! We will be having a casual gathering the night before the wedding at a local bar to catch up with family and friends. Check the events tab on our Zola website to find the most up-to-date information, especially if there is inclement weather.
