Beyond the 3 hotel options, we highly suggest large groups explore Airbnbs in the area! We would recommend looking in the Gulch, 12th Avenue South, and Germantown areas.

Guests can arrive as they wish for the welcome BBQ beginning at 4pm - No transportation will be provided to the event. We will providing shuttles back to both the Hampton Inn Gallatin and the AC Hotel Downtown Nashville for all guests at 10pm.

We will have shuttles to & from the AC Hotel and the Hampton Inn to our venue in Lebanon, TN. Bus departure from the AC Hotel Downtown Nashville is 4pm. Bus departure from the Hampton Inn & Suites Gallatin is 4:15pm. We will be providing buses home from the Estate at Cherokee Dock to both the AC Hotel Downtown Nashville & the Hampton Inn & Suites Gallatin. Bus departure from the venue is at 11pm. Parking is also available at the venue.
