We will be doing an extended cocktail hour reception, rather than a traditional seated dinner. We will offer numerous passed hors d'oeuvres, large food displays, and heavy food stations that accomodate all diet restrictions and hunger levels in a social environment where you can enjoy the company of all guests along with some great food!
While we love all of the children in our lives, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. Kids are welcome at our Welcome BBQ on Saturday evening.
Transportation will be provided to and from the wedding venue on Sunday, October 2. Transportation will only be provided home from the welcome BBQ on Saturday, October 1 at 10pm. All transportation will be traveling to and from the AC Hotel Downtown Nashville and the Hampton Inn Gallatin. While we prefer you not to drive, parking is available at the welcome BBQ and wedding venue.
Our shuttles will be picking up guests from the AC Hotel Downtown Nashville at 4pm and the Hampton Inn & Suites Gallatin at 4:15pm. Our shuttles will be departing the wedding venue at 11pm back to both the AC Hotel Downtown Nashville and the Hampton Inn & Suites Gallatin.
