When should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at 3:30pm for our ceremony at 4pm. Cocktail hour and reception to follow.

What should I wear?

Answer

Garden Semi-Formal Attire: Wear sundresses, floral prints, and slacks or suits. Fun hats and fascinators are welcome but not required. We kindly ask for no jeans or shorts. Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors, however, they are in different buildings on the same property. Please be prepared for a 5 minute walk between the two buildings when moving from the ceremony to the reception. Please be prepared for the weather as it may rain.

Can I bring a plus one?

We kindly ask that only those who filled out an RSVP and have their name on our RSVP list attend. If you have any questions, please reach out to Matt or Lexi.

Is transportation to the venue provided from the hotel?

Answer

No, all guests are responsible for their own transportation. However, the venue has lots of parking!

Does the reception have an open bar?

Answer

While there will be a bar, it is cash bar only so please plan accordingly. Guests are responsible for all alcohol purchases. Soda, iced tea, water, and coffee will be served complimentary as well as a champagne/sparkling apple cider toast! Both cash and cards are accepted.

When you RSVP there is a question asking just that where you can indicate your dietary restrictions.

What do you mean by a champagne/sparkling apple cider toast?

Answer

As part of the wedding festivities and tradition, we are providing a complimentary toast. Guests have the option to choose champagne or sparkling apple cider. Please indicate who wants which when you RSVP! There is a specific place in the RSVP to indicate your preference!

What is the weather like in June in Colorado?

Answer

Typically, early summer in Colorado is full of sunny days and beautiful sunsets. On occasion, rain is possible so please plan accordingly if traveling from out of state. With that said, we anticipate a beautiful afternoon and evening with only the slightest chance of rain.
