Wedding Ceremony & Reception

The Ceremony will take place in the Grand Ballroom at 5:00 pm sharp (please arrive as early as 4:30 pm to allow time for parking and seating) followed by Cocktail Hour on the first floor where you can get lost exploring the common areas of the Hall as well as the beautiful grounds outside. A plated dinner will be served at the Reception in the Ballroom, with plenty of dancing to follow! The wedding will conclude at 11:00pm, after which we will provide shuttle transportation to Aloft Hotel & Park Lane Tavern in Short Pump, VA for the after party!

If you’re not ready to stop the fun once the reception is over, please join us for an after party (how could we not!) at Park Lane Tavern. We have reserved a private space with food and drinks available for purchase, and it’s located right below the aLoft hotel!
