Let’s get married!

We met in Nashville, TN back in 2017 and quickly became inseparable! Our first date was at Hattie B's Hot Chicken, and then Brandon met his Hattie Bear on our very next date. We fell in love and became a little family. Two years later, Brandon decided to make us a forever family, and we couldn't be more excited! We both have now graduated and moved down to Birmingham, AL together to begin our careers. We are so ecstatic to be married in February of 2022 surrounded by our family and friends!

Brandon proposed to me on our second anniversary at the big, beautiful park where he first met Hattie. A few months prior, he had suggested that we take nice family photos together and thought that it would make a great anniversary gift to me from him if he could get good friends, Charles & Haley, to help us out. Little did I know that he had been secretly designing a gorgeous ring for me! On the morning of our anniversary, we celebrated with breakfast and mimosas. We even went to lunch at the place where we had our first date. (I should've known.) Afterward, we walked around the park with Hattie and our friends, looking for good spots for our family photos. When I wasn't paying attention, B put a brand new collar on Hattie, and when I got a closer look, I saw that the tag read "Lauren, will you marry me?" Overwhelmed, I saw that he was right there next to me on one knee with my ring. Of course my answer was, “Of course!" -L
