When flying into MBJ (Sangster International Airport) and with 4 nights booked, Moon Palace will offer free transportation to the resort and back to the airport. Please fill out this form on the site https://transfers.palaceresorts.com/ no later than 48 hours before check-in date. Taxis, Uber, Etc are also available.

Passport Appointments

Although there are many acceptance locations, we suggest that you use the United States Postal Service to make your passport appointments. For those in Washington, DC, it appears that PG County and Virginia has shorter wait times. This comment is solely based on the experiences of our relatives who have already applied for passports.

U.S. citizens are required to present a valid U.S. passport when traveling to Jamaica. We suggest that you obtain your passport as soon as possible due to a current backlog of passport applications within the state department. Current processing time is 10-13 weeks.
