After Tehja's friends were unsuccessful at playing match maker, Cedric, a new hire, walked into the office one day and Tehja immediately wanted to get to know him. Now, Tehja does not believe in love at first sight but this was the closest thing to it. She remembered thinking on that very first day, "this is going to be my man, I am going to have his child and I am going to be his wife". Tehja told her friend to find out Cedric's status and when she came back, it wasn't what Tehja wanted to hear but little did she know, it would still be the start to both a professional and personal relationship. Cedric and Tehja ended up being on the same team so they spent lots of time together. They hung out on breaks and lunches, they went to a lot of team outings together, and they eventually became best friends. After spending time outside of work, they realized that feelings had developed beyond a friendship and they both wanted more. Cedric and Tehja began dating seriously and it was only a matter of time before they were inseparable and in a full blown relationship. 11 years later, here they are!!!

Cedric and Tehja went to Las Vegas with their friends for what Tehja thought was just another birthday getaway. After painting the town, her friends decided to go their separate ways. So, as the evening was winding down, Tehja and Cedric headed back to their hotel and when they opened their bedroom door, the room was decorated with rose petals, candles, and balloons. In shock, Tehja turned around to find Cedric down on one knee and her matron of honor, Carmalina was filming. WILL YOU MARRY ME FINALLY CAME OUT AFTER CARMALINA REMINDED HIM, SHE DIDNT HEAR THE QUESTION. TEHJA FELL BACK IN THE CHAIR AND RESPONDED HELL YEAH!!
