The Naval Academy is extremely strict with their timelines - so please be on time!!! The buses will leave exactly on schedule to ensure everyone is able to get to the chapel. We know everyone is all over the place (between hotels and AirBnBs) so we tried to make pick-up locations as central as possible. There will be 2 stops: Stop 1: Hilton Garden Inn Annapolis (305 Harry S. Truman Pkwy) - Bus will arrive at 2:40 and guests will have 10 minutes to board - This is a commercial area so most hotels have open parking (no need to pay or get a pass), including the Hilton Garden Inn pickup location. The first stop is a great pickup location for guests staying at: - Hilton Garden Inn Annapolis (305 Harry S. Truman Pkwy) - Hampton Inn and Suites Annapolis (124 Womack Dr) - Springhill Suites Annapolis (189 Admiral Cochrane Dr) - DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Annapolis (210 Holiday Ct) - Crowne Plaza Annapolis (173 Jennifer Rd) Stop 2: Bus will arrive at the Westin Downtown (100 Westgate Cir) - Bus will arrive at 3:00pm and guests will have 10 minutes to board The second stop is best for guests staying in downtown Annapolis, like: - The Westin Annapolis (100 Westgate Cir) - Hilton Garden Inn Downtown (174 West St) - The Graduate Annapolis (126 West St) - Fairfield Inn and Suites Annapolis (200 Taylor Ave) - Residence Inn Annapolis (200 Taylor Ave) - Annapolis Waterfront Hotel (80 Compromise St) This is a very popular area so most hotels have paid parking (~$2-4hr or $30/day) but this is a very walkable area! We recommend making the short walk to the bus from your lodging vs. trying to drive and park, but if you do want to park, any of the public parking garages will be relatively similar in pricing! Shuttles will pick up between 2:45-3:00pm (based on stop) to arrive at the Naval Academy Main Chapel by 3:30pm. Shuttles will start running at 10:00pm from the Naval Academy Club back to the main hotels to get everyone a good night's sleep after a long night of dancing!

BWI (Thurgood Marshall Airport) is located about 20 miles from the Naval Academy so is the closest airport option!
