Ceremony

Semi-Formal: Wear something you’re comfortable in—button-up shirts, dress pants, flowy dresses, or whatever brings you joy. The ceremony will be outside weather permitting, so please plan on a sweater or jacket as it will be October. The ceremony site will be on paved concrete, so heels are okay, but the parking lot is gravel. Also don't forget to bring your dancing shoes for later!
The venue driveway is a curvy, steep, gravel road. We would recommend against bringing any super low rider vehicles. A normal sedan will be fine!
Cocktail Hour and Reception

There will be a cocktail hour with drinks and appetizers immediately following the ceremony. Afterwards, the reception will begin and dinner will be served taco truck style! We’ll be serving chips and salsa with a queso fountain, as well as vegetables with dip during cocktail hour. Dinner will be provided by the Taco Oso food truck. Taco options will be: - Barbacoa: Braised, choppped brisket, onion & cilantro, cotija cheese, chipotle mayo - Chicken Pibil: Marinated, shredded chicken, onion & cilantro, cotija cheese - Leo (vegetarian): House made mexican hummus, spice rubbed plantains, grilled onion and corn, cilantro and cotija cheese Drinks: beer, mixed drinks, rum punch, margaritas, and soda (regular, diet, sugar free)
End of Night Shuttle to Hotel

Please let us know if you plan on using the shuttle to get back to the hotel at the end of the night so we can plan accordingly! We will have a 28 person mini bus as a shuttle to return from the venue to the hotel. We will NOT have a shuttle from the hotel to the venue before the ceremony. Shuttle availability will begin at 8:30pm and run through the end of the night. If you plan on using the shuttle at the end of the night, we ask that you car pool or Uber/Lyft to the venue. You are allowed to keep your car in the venue parking lot overnight, but the venue requests that all cars be picked up by 9:00am the following day (Sunday). The hotels are between NKU's campus and downtown, so we expect Uber/Lyft availability to get TO the venue. The venue is ~30 minutes by car outside of town, so we do NOT expect Uber/Lyft availability for returning to the hotel at the end of the night. Please do not rely on Uber/Lyft to get back to the hotel at the end of the night.
