Things To Do
Big Sur
Big Sur has so many locations to see.. Drive the coast and pull over whenever you see fit! There are so many pull off spots to explore, hike or take pictures! A few of our favorites.. Bixby Bridge, Point Lobos, and Julia Pfeiffer Burns State Park. Make sure to hit up Nepenthe for lunch!
Downtown Carmel
Make sure to explore the small downtown area of Carmel! There are amazing restaurants, gift shops, and wine tasting rooms scattered about the town. You can also walk down all the way to the beach for some amazing views
17 Mile Drive
This is an amazing little drive, that is also a must see on the Monterey Peninsula. You do have to pay per vehicle to get in, however it is worth it! Make sure to stop and see the Lone Cypress, Spanish Bay, and Stillwater Cove. There are some amazing golf courses back in this area including Pebble Beach, Cypress Point, Spy Glass Hill, and Poppy Hills. Have lunch at The Bench at Pebble Beach. This restaurant overlooks the famous 18th hole at Pebble Beach with an amazing view of the Pacific Ocean
Nepenthe
This restaurant has the most beautiful views if you catch the weather right! Their famous Ambrosiaburger is out of this world! This is a must see in Big Sur, however it can get quite busy..
Galante Vineyards Tasting Room
Downtown Carmel is filled with small little wine tasting rooms. This one was by far our favorite! We will be getting some of our wedding photos taken here!
Monterey Bay Aquarium
Always a crowd favorite in Monterey!
