We're getting married!

Our story doesn’t start in a bar, or a concert, a coffee shop, or through mutual friends. It starts much like most young couples, online dating. In June of 2020, Amanda made the first move and “liked” Taylor on Hinge. Soon they began talking and planned to have a first date at Season’s 52 restaurant in Costa Mesa. Rumor has it, Amanda almost bailed on the first date, but thought otherwise and decided to give him a shot. We had such a great time with each other that we shut the restaurant down and got kicked out an hour after closing time. They let us sit on the patio while they cleaned the restaurant. And the rest is history... In March of 2023, we adopted Ollie, who is now our year and a half year old mini golden doodle. We are happy to say that he will indeed be apart of our special day. He was promised quite a few bully sticks to behave himself. We will see how that goes… Since our first date, we have loved traveling together. Putting aside in-state getaways, we have taken quite a few trips back to Wisconsin to see family and enjoy getting out of California. Amanda got to see beautiful Door County for the first time as well as see Aaron Rodger’s last win at Lambeau Field against the armpit of the NFL, the Minnesota Vikings. We have also been fortunate to travel to Mexico a few times as well as Hawaii. In August of 2023, we also did a full road trip from California, to Wisconsin and back. Ollie was a trooper on the trip and got the chance to see many National Parks along the way. We are looking forward to celebrating with our family’s during our wedding weekend in such a beautiful area. We hope you will join us! Taylor & Amanda
