Is there transportation to and from hotels and the venue?
Answer
We will provide a shuttle service from Montalcino, to the venue, and back. We will determine a meeting point in Montalcino that the shuttle will pick guests up and drop off at the venue before the ceremony. We will also provide shuttles from 11:30pm-1:30am to pick up guests at the venue and drop off in Montalcino! The venue is about a five minute drive from central Montalcino.

Where is the closest airport?
Answer
Florence and Rome are the two most common cities to fly into. Florence is an hour and forty minute drive to Montalcino, and Rome is a two and a half hour drive. Please note there is no train station in Montalcino so if you plan to use public transit you will need to use a bus or a combination of train and bus to get into Montalcino. Can I bring a date?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accomodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

When is the RSVP deadline?
Answer
RSVPs are due on June 1st, 2023. Please click the "RSVP" tab on our webiste to let us know if you will be attending. While we hope to celebrate with you, we know that travelling to Italy is asking a lot of our guests and completely understand if you are not able to make the trip!

Put your party pants on because we will be dancing night away! Well, at least until 1:30am.

Is there anything else I need to know?
Answer
Please check your passport's expiration date if you are planning on attending! Many countries will not give you permission to enter if your passport expires within six months. Processing time for passports as of March 24, 2023 are 10-13 weeks for routine and 7-9 weeks for expedited. These are processing times only and do not include the mailing time to and from the passport agency.
