Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have a hotel block under “Ackerman-Plesnar Wedding” at the Woodlands Inn in Wilkes-Barre, PA. The address can be found in the Travel section!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Light and airy summer formal! Floor-length or tea-length dresses are encouraged. The ceremony will be outdoors on a golf course, so plan accordingly in terms of shoes! Please no shorts or denim.

Who do I contact for questions on the day of the ceremony?

Answer

The couple and their parents may not have their phones on them at all times on the wedding day! For immediate questions, please contact the Maid of Honor, Katelyn Fox (812) 528-7280.

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30, so plan accordingly!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please inform us of any dietary restrictions (allergies, vegetarian/vegan, celiac, etc.) ASAP so we can arrange alternatives with the caterer!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! The parking is very close to both the ceremony and reception locations. If you require mobility assistance, please let us know!
