Is our venue wheel chair accessible?

Answer

Yes, there is a handicap ramp.

Is there parking near the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, there is ample parking at the Estes Parks Resorts on-premises.

Will your wedding be indoors or Outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, the reception with be under a covered pavilion. With that being said a light jacket is recommended.

What is the dress code for our wedding?

Answer

We want our guests to look and feel their best. Please wear cocktail attire. Semi-formal dress code that allows for a bit of creativity. Men can wear a collared shirt and dress pants, while women can wear a cocktail dress or a dressy skirt and blouse.

Is Transportation provided?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided to and from the venue. Estes Park Rideshare Available Contact Jason at 970-682-9985 Please call 30-45 minutes before you need a ride. Prices will be based on amount of people starting at $15 for 2 and $10 a person after that. Vehicle holds 6 people.

We cannot accommodate guests not otherwise specified on your rspv on the site. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

If your child's name is on the invitation, they are welcome.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking family photos. All guests will be escorted to cocktail hour in front of the reception area.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Help us get the party started as scheduled!!! We recommend that you give yourself plenty of time to drive up the canyon to get to our venue. Please try to arrive 30-45 mins before 5 pm so everyone is seated on time.
