THE "I DO" CREW

Meet our family and friends who are walking down the aisle with us!

Weslynn Morris

Matron of Honor

I’ve “known of” Tamera all my life. But who we are today began in 2007. Tam was the one person my parents would let me be with all day without any questions, comments, or concerns. That speaks to how trusting she is. In 2007, Tam introduced me to Marble Slab and from there, our relationship took off like a rocket! Over the years, she’s become the big sister I’ve always wanted but never had. In these past 14 years, we’ve done so much life together and I honestly couldn’t fathom doing adulthood without her. Her genuine kindness and laughter spreads like a wildfire making her so enjoyable to be around. There’s not too many people I could burst out in random song and/or dance with and Tam is one of them. I love her beyond words and I’m so excited to be apart of her union with AD!!!

I had the pleasure of meeting Tam through our church. My first encounter with her was hearing her beautiful voice lead the choir. We got to know each other more through game nights at the church. Game nights turned into marble slab runs and girls nights and the rest is history! Now she can’t get rid of me even if she tried :)

My Tamera Mann, You are sunshine personified. You bring light and laughter into every space you enter. The Lord knew I needed not one, not two, but three big sisters to do this life with and I’m so happy you are one of them! I’m so honored to stand by your side as you enter this new journey into wifehood with your Boaz! (But don’t think that is getting you out of any future Marble Slab dates, mkay?) I love you BIG, Bria

Team Tam!!! I was introduced to Tam through a good friend whom I call AD. From the time we met it was like an instant connection, her spirit was pure and genuine to me, and as time went on she hasn’t changed. I pray our friendship continues to grow and I wish nothing but the best for Tam & Anthony!! Love you guys!!

I first met my girl Tam through Wes (whom we are both dearly close to). We instantly clicked and look at us, now friends for ever 😊! Tam has a genuine heart and definitely the “life of the party”. I am honored to stand by her side and witness her marry her amazing soulmate, AD. Let the countdown begin! Love you guys!

Ashley Williams

Best Man

I've been knowing AD all my life. We grew up as brothers glued to each other's hip. I use to always whip his ass from time to time but you knoooow...If you know him you know he has to be kept in line. Lol. He's more like a brother and best friend than just a so called cousin. He is as good as they come. A true, genuine person that always has your back. Oh and I almost forgot the easiest person in the world to stir up to get a good laugh. He's always ready for a good argument lol. Love this dude to the moon and back. Congrats!

I met Anthony (Big Homie) Williams 16 years ago on the flag football field. All it took was one play for us to realize how good of a brotherhood we would build over the years. A.D. is more than a friend; he’s my family. He’s always had my back and never been afraid to tell me when I was wrong. Love you my boy!!!!

I’ve been knowing AD since we were in pampers. We have grown up together our whole lives. We share a mutual cousin but nobody can tell me we're not kin or family. We have laughed and cried together; that's a rare bond most can’t find...

I met AD beating his a$$ on Madden Online. Lol He hit me up to start playing a lot more so he could get better and than the big head mf started beating me lol. But for real though, me and AD just kicked it off, I noticed that he was really a genuine, caring dude and you don’t run across those type of people all the time. It doesn’t matter who you are, if AD ran across you or had any type of interaction with you he’ll give you the shirt off his back. I don’t have many dudes that I can really call and they’ll listen and give you some good advice on some real stuff. AD my dude, real talk, and it’s nothing I wouldn’t do for my boy. I’m happy he finally found someone he can give his all to and share his life with!! Love you Bro, and Tam you my Fam now!!!

Me and AD actually met playing Madden. We would be in the group chat talking noise. Then we started choppin it up about people we knew mutually. We would kick it when he was in Houston for work and then we just got cool, and been down ever since!

I've had the great honor and privilege to have known Anthony, aka "A.D.'' all my life. AD is the big brother that any sibling would be lucky to have. A.D. has helped guide me through life's obstacles and has always been there for me through my ups and downs. I'm so happy that A.D. has found his life partner in Tamera. Love you both.
