Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal dress attire. Please keep in mind that the ceremony is outside and the reception is in a pavilion. There are also grassy areas to walk through, so stiletto heels are not recommended.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the ceremony by 5:15.

Where do I park for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Park in the lot outside Minerals Hotel, walk in to the lobby and there will be signs directing you to the ceremony area.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Are kids welcome?

Answer

The wedding events are all adult only. Please let us know if you are having difficulty finding childcare.

When can I check into my hotel room?

Answer

The hotel starts check in at 4pm, however they said that if you call the morning of, you can see if they have any early check in available. There is an hour and a half between check in time and the ceremony start time, so please keep that in mind if you plan to get ready at the hotel. The ceremony is only a 5 minute walk from the hotel rooms.

Can I use the hotel amenities?

Answer

If you are a registered hotel guest, you are able to use the pools, gym, and sporting facilities during your stay and after you check out. There is a wrist band given for access to these areas.
