Wedding Party

Please meet the Wedding Party who will be standing with the couple.

Tammie Montgomery

Matron of Honor

Tammie and Cheyenne met way back when they lived on the same street in Arlington. One of Cheyenne's oldest memories with Tammie is when she would take Cheyenne and her brother for a walk in their red wagon with squeezy juices. Once Cheyenne's family moved to Round Rock, Tammie would visit often during the summer. As the years passed, they remained best friends. Tammie has been with Cheyenne in every chapter of life, the good, the bad, the really bad, and the really good. At some point, they decided they weren't friends anymore, but family. Cheyenne is extremely blessed to have Tammie in her life and standing by her side through everything life has to offer.

Anna Corbett

Matron of Honor

Anna & Cheyenne met at the age of 6 playing on the same soccer team (go Polar Bears!) During the summer, Anna's house the place to hang out and swim at. From middle school to college, they went to different schools and lived on opposite sides of Round Rock. But that didn't stop them from still having sleepovers, going to Express games, and visiting each other at work. Anna also always showed endless support for Cheyenne playing soccer. Fast forward a few years, while their friendship hasn't changed, a few things in their life has. No matter what these two will always be by each other. Fun Fact: Michael and Cheyenne first met at Anna's house and that is where Cheyenne's crush on Michael started.

Katlin Weber

Bridesmaid

Katlin (also known as Trash) and Cheyenne met while working in the depths of hell at the bank. They bonded over their shared hatred and trauma from working there. They started at different branches, then eventually ended up at the same one. Before they met, they weren't sure if they would get along or like each other. Before long- they would get in trouble at work for talking too much or hanging out too much together. Their friendship consists of laughs, sarcasm, and insults. Cheyenne is so thankful for her friendship with Kat.

Lauren Heier

Bridesmaid

Lauren and Cheyenne met while working together at the country club in different departments. Lauren has welcomed Cheyenne into her life and family with open arms. She is the one you can lean on for advice, for a good laugh, and makes a great charcuterie board. Lauren loves hockey and the Dallas Stars and is teaching Cheyenne how hockey works. She is the best friend anyone could have. Cheyenne is extremely thankful for the time they've had so far.

Cara Miller

Bridesmaid

Cara and Cheyenne met while in college through Anna at Tarleton State University. Every time Cheyenne would visit, the three of them would have so much fun. Cara and Cheyenne got closer when they were Maid and Matron of Honors for Anna's wedding. They are always laughing and making jokes. Probably off taking shots somewhere, singing The Backstreet Boys at the top of their lungs. Cheyenne loves the friendship that these two have made and is excited Cara will be there for the next chapter.

Mariah Berryman

Bridesmaid

Mariah is Cheyenne's sister-in-law. The first time Cheyenne met the family- she accidentally laughed too hard and spit Gatorade all over the food. Mariah laughed and still welcomed her with open arms. Cheyenne has watched Mariah grow up and has always considered her a little sister. Over the years they have grown closer and share a bond for mimosas with the "perfect" amount of orange juice. Mariah has always been family, but Cheyenne is excited to make it official.

Andrew Heldman

Best Man

Andrew and Michael go all the way back to freshman year of high school in 2006. The two bonded over their love for the game of baseball. Both were born in California but became brothers in Round Rock, Texas. Some of Michael’s fondest memories occurred in the Heldman household where Andrew, Michael and Andrews younger brother Brian would play baseball in the Heldmans backyard pool or throwing the ball together in the cul-de-sac where the Heldmans lived. Andrew always goes out of his way to visit Michael in season to help break up the grind of the long year. Fun Fact: When Michael was awarded the 2021 MLB Futures Game, Andrew forfeited a family vacation in Mexico to attend the festivities in Denver to support him.

Scott Nelms

Groomsman

Scott and Michael became friends in the Bay Area when Michael would visit his California family for summer and winter vacations. Scott and Michael’s fathers were friends and neighbors which is how the two met each other back in the 5th grade. They bonded over their love for baseball, the 49ers and Round Table Pizza. Every vacation that passed they grew closer and became brothers along with becoming a support system for one another over the years. Scott visits Cheyenne and Michael every year to experience the Christmas holidays, State fairs, Superbowls and harsh Texas winters that always seem to leave Scott stuck in Texas for an extra week or two longer than anticipated which always led to more fun and memories.

Brian Walsh

Groomsman

Brian and Michael became inseparable best friends following umpiring the 2017 California league playoffs. Brian is a California kid at heart and is successful in every endeavor he puts his mind to. Michael looks at Brian similar to a big brother, Brian’s always looked out for Michael and his well-being and vice-a-versa. They’ve had countless football trips and have always been one phone call away from each other.

Andrew Barrett

Groomsman

Andrew and Michael were umpire partners in the California league together in 2017, Andrew has since retired from baseball and graduated at the top of his class in the police academy to become one of the finest officers Arizona has to offer. The 2017 season is when they became close friends. From the countless inside jokes and hours of Call of Duty nights with most of the groomsmen you see, these two are brothers at heart just separated by a few states. Andrew has a big heart and some of the best movie line zingers anyone can ask for.

Darius Ghani

Groomsman

Darius and Michael first met back in 2016 while umpiring extended spring training. They were both from the Bay Area and both love the San Jose Sharks hockey team. The two became close friends through each of their respective friendships with Andrew Barrett. Darius and Michael became best friends during the pandemic from talking shop and video gaming daily with Andrew Heldman, Andrew Barrett, and Tanner Dobson (All groomsman). In 2021 Darius and Michael worked the MLB futures Game and homerun derby together. It truly was a dream scenario. In the 2023 season both of them were on the same umpiring crew in triple A. Darius is a brother to Michael and also has some of the best hair you’ll find in professional baseball.

Tanner Dobson

Groomsman

Tanner, (also known as Dobbie) is the worst call of duty teammate in the history of the world, but when it comes to friendship and witty jokes, it’s hard to find someone better. Tanner and Michael became friends through each of their respective friendships with Andrew Barrett through sharing him as an umpire partner during the 2017 season. Tanner was part of the group of friends above whom played Call of Duty every night during the pandemic in 2020, despite playing almost every day together, Tanner’s video game skills never improved, and he got his teammates killed daily. Despite that, Tanner is one of the most genuine and kindhearted people you will ever encounter, his humor is a perfect match with Michael’s. He’s a straight shooter (except on the golf course) and one of Michael’s best friends whom he too also loves like a brother despite his constant your momma jokes.
