We have a discounted rate at this hotel, and it's a 5-minute walk to not only our venue, but many restaurants and breweries. Asheville has just one airport but there are several in the surrounding cities. You can definitely get to/from the venue/Biltmore Village without renting a car, but we recommend otherwise if you plan to explore Asheville and surrounding areas.
