Parking for wedding?

Answer

The Grand Bohemian has both daily and overnight valet available. There is also parallel parking available in Biltmore Village, primarily on Brook Street, as well as a parking garage off of Brook Street at the entrance of Chico's.

Can I take photos during the Ceremony?

We are requesting no phones or photos at this event.

When should I arrive for the Ceremony?

Our Ceremony begins at 5pm, so we recommend arriving to The Grand Bohemian between 4:30 and 4:45.

How do we access the venue space?

The Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception are all located on level 4R of The Grand Bohemian.

We are coming from out of town, should we rent a car?

Answer

If you are going to remain near-by, in Biltmore Village, or Downtown Asheville, you don't necessarily need to rent a car. Uber is in the area and in Biltmore Village you can walk to the venue and many of the listed "to-do" spots. But if you are planning to stay outside the city limits and travel into town for the events, keep in mind that you may have to wait up to an hour for a ride, and they are not prevalent after 10pm. If you are planning to sight-see, hike, or excursion away from the areas listed above, we recommend renting a vehicle!
