No. We will not have pre-arranged transportation to the venue. Recommended to carpool or Uber should you need transportation. There will be a parking attendant at the venue to assist with parking. See the “schedule” section on the website for a link to directions.
Yes. We will have a charcuterie display during the cocktail hour and a buffet dinner served at the reception. There will be beer and wine served by a licensed bartender provided by the venue. Non-alcoholic beverages include: Sweet Tea, Lemonade, Water and Coffee Bar.
Yes. There will be a sparkler grand exit taking place after the first dances are complete. We ask that you stay (if possible) until that time, so that we can celebrate together. After the grand exit, we will have an open dance floor for line-dancing and fun to close out the evening. We understand if anyone needs to leave at that time.
No. This is not a black tie event. We encourage everyone to dress up, but keep in mind the average temperature in Nashville in August for the evening is 68-86 degrees. Humidity is normally 60-70%. Ceremony is outdoors, but reception will be inside the fully air conditioned barn. Water will be provided during the ceremony to keep everyone hydrated.
