This will be a place for everyone to gather and is located up on the mountain just South of the resort. Rustler’s Roost is a world renowned, Western-themed restaurant on the golf resort bringing together steaks, sweeping views, a slide for the kids and adults & live country bands. We’d like everyone to arrive, get checked in, and plan to head for the resort lobby to be picked up by the restaurant shuttle at 4pm. Whether you have a drink or dinner, or just say hi, everyone is welcome! No drinks or food is included. This is casual as people come and go.

For those of you that know us, you know that this has been a local fave for years! It’s a great place to unwind, where we feel comfortable and anyone can have a good time. Whether you drink or not, there is amazing food, dozens and dozens of TVs, all sorts of games, and indoor and outdoor areas. This is not a kid friendly event. All the younger ones will be busy enjoying the pool and water park well into the evening... while we indulge! No drinks or food is included. This is casual as people come and go.

Cocktail Attire
This will be at the beautiful outdoor Paseo venue at the resort. There are low and standing tables for everyone to enjoy socially. There will be refreshments including an open bar with beer & wine, and dinner served casually via dining stations. Dinner will be served at approximately 6:30. The food at the dinner stations will be separated to create your own preferences. Expect a grand entrance with our bridal party, sharing of our vows, sand unity blessing, Giovanni’s poem, toasts, dancing, and cake cutting. This will be the main event! We’re excited to create some of the more traditional pieces of the wedding we missed! Dinner includes 3 stations. One is a Caesar Salad Station with options of smoked salmon or grilled chicken. The second is a ravioli station with options of grilled mushroom, grilled chicken & Spinach, or smoked mozzarella ravioli. Finally, the Fajita Station with options of chicken and tender beef with onions, Spanish rice, and beans.

We’re anticipating that many people may have to leave on Sunday, so we’re planning to be enjoying brunch to wish them farewell! The brides will be staying until Monday, so please feel free to stay an additional night and help us continue celebrating! Remember, even if you check out you still can enjoy the waterpark and pools for the duration of the day. No drinks or food is included. This is casual as people come and go.
